Kedarnath Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is part of the Char Dham Yatra pilgrimage circuit in Uttarakhand, along with Badrinath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri.

The temple is known for its stunning mountainous surroundings and is accessible from the town of Gaurikund via a trekking route. It remains covered in snow during the winter months and is generally open to devotees from late April to early November each year. The temple’s unique architecture and spiritual significance attract thousands of pilgrims every year.
